Usage – Specialty market^1,3; excellent for grilling, roasting, baking, mashing and boiling^1,5

Plant – Medium spreading plant^4,5

Leaves – Medium sized, green; two to five primary leaflets pairs⁶

Flowers – Few, white with yellow anthers^2,4

Tubers – Round to ovate with slightly irregular shape, medium sized with yellow skin; freckles can be observed on skin; yellow flesh^1,4,5; shallow eyes²

Strengths – Resistant to common scab, blackleg, potato virus A, potato virus Y, and potato leaf roll virus²; moderate resistance early blight²

Weaknesses – Poor storage ability; susceptible to external damage and late blight²; lower yielding than Yukon Gold¹
