Usage – Primarily used for fresh market1; good for baking; poor to moderate for boiling with some after cooking discoloration; poor for chipping2
Plant – Medium size, slightly upright structure; stems thickness is medium with non-pigmented nodes and internodes1,2,3; plant growth generally halts once flowering occurs4
Leaves –Green, medium size with an open, slightly pubescent structure1,2,3; terminal leaflets are asymmetrical with tips coming to a point; primary leaflets are generally found in pairs of four while secondary and tertiary leaflets are numerous throughout the leaf1,3
Flowers – Medium to small size; white with yellow-orange anthers; buds slightly pigmented1,2,3
Tubers – Long to slightly oblong with smooth, dark tan, russetted skin; numerous, shallow bright golden eyes that are evenly distributed; high yielding; white flesh; low to medium specific gravity1,2,3,4,5
Strengths – Attractive appearance; uniform tuber size and shape; wide adaptability; resistant to hollow heart and Columbia root-knot nematode; moderately resistance to common scab, silver scurf, potato leafroll virus and potato virus Y1,2,3
Weaknesses – Susceptible to most viruses, late blight, early blight, Verticillium wilt and potato wart1,3,2; can be infected with potato virus Y without expressing symptoms1,2
